Small Business Problem, Solved

We get it.  Bigger seems to always be better; but we love our small business owners. We make our small business customers seem bigger when their calls are answered by one of our live agents acting as a receptionist.

A receptionist gives the illusion of size and lends your business a hand to grow at the same time.  We help your small business not get tied down by the solicitors or the inquiries.  Answer Network can take your calls and deliver the messages to you.

Having a telephone answering service builds your brand.  You can create a custom script and have 24/7 availability for just a few dollars a day.  The authenticity of a live person can’t be beat.

Answer Network is here 24/7 and we pride ourselves on being an extension of your company.  Let us help your small business be bigger and better!

Please Leave a Message

Posted by

We used to hear this all the time, leave a message after the beep and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.  The beep plays and you leave a short or lengthy message describing what you need and how to reach you.

When you hear that beep now, you hang up.  You call someone else or you text them, hey call me.

Most of us around here don’t even listen to our voicemails (okay, maybe from our mom), but we usually text the person and say what’s up or we give them a call to see what the urgent need is.

As flip phones and landlines become outdated, so does the voicemail.  Your customers don’t want to leave you a message and 80% of them won’t.  They’ll call someone else or forget about what they needed until they come back to the drippy faucet and aren’t running out the door.

When you leave a voice mail you don’t feel like a priority and you may question if they are going to listen to it, since you don’t listen to yours.

Don’t let those thoughts run through your customers heads.  Answer every call or make it easy on yourself and get a live answering service.

Slide to Answer

Your cell phone gets to go everywhere with you, it is attached to your hip (literally for some people).

Even on vacation, you can’t get a break from the slide to answer screen popping up and disrupting your day.  Or when you are in the middle of checking a very important e-mail or in the middle of Candy Crush the Decline or Accept screen pops up.

Do you remind later and actually remember?  Do you send them a text and defer the message?  Do you answer the call in the middle of what you are doing and hope it was important enough?

Or…do you press decline or just ignore it and let Answer Network answer your calls for you?

If you press decline and know we will answer it, we know you are on top of it!  If not, take 15 minutes and sign up for our free trial.  We will get you the message if it is really important right then or send you a group of your unimportant not urgent messages in the morning or whenever it works for you.

Trust our customers and us, it makes your life easier and keeps dinners, vacations and meetings a little less distracting.
